Bay Design was selected to design the new indoor go-kart race center after successfully revitalizing the retail DW Center it’s located in.  Bay Design updated the complex through the application of vibrant colors that help define the retail shops.  This strategy helped the landlord  decrease vacancies and change their occupancy from 20% to 90%.  The Speed Club Center’s project program included the race track, dining area with bar and kitchen, arcade game area, four mini bowling lanes and four party rooms. The race track features state of the art electric karts with an exclusive track designed by the project architect.
