This Holiday Inn Express & Suites project was brought to Bay Design when the new owner purchased the hotel building that was constructed in the year 2000.  In order to meet the franchise brand requirements, the building needed extensive renovation to its exterior and interior.  Bay Design created a new contemporary appeal to the façade which includes an alluring canopy to give the hotel a distinct identity that guests remember.  The project architect also upgraded the interior design with attractive finishes, in addition to bringing both the private and public spaces to current ADA building standards.  Bay Design’s architectural solutions helped the owner achieve their business goals which is evident in the hotels success today.
